All vehicle rentals are governed by a comprehensive Rental Agreement, which you will receive upon booking confirmation or at the time of vehicle collection. This agreement outlines the specific terms, conditions, insurance information, fees, and your obligations related to the rental. In case of any discrepancies between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail.

7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Vehicle Uses
- Use of the vehicle for any illegal activities is prohibited. This includes racing, rallying, off-roading, or engaging in any dangerous driving. Transporting hazardous materials is not allowed. Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is forbidden. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited. The vehicle must be used for its intended purpose, adhering to passenger and weight limits. Travel outside of the specified geographical areas requires prior approval.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and extra fees.
Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed by law in Scotland, Car Hire Kirkintilloch is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or business resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the rental amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
